This page includes some of the medals that I followed through with a complete medal program of design, sculpture, certificates of authenticity, encapsulation, and delivery.
I have also created over a dozen Postal Cancellations, and have in some instances, enlarged them and actually hand cancelled some of them myself on the first day of issue. The Cape Disappointment Lighthouse 150th anniversary was a case where I designed a medal and postal cancellation, and even composed a poem in it’s honor. I was pleased to have attended the Anniversary event, read my poem, and presented a signed copy to the Coast Guard Station there at Cape Disappointment in Ilwaco, WA.
